These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OnMe Chrome extension and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By installing or using OnMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must create an account to use OnMe. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@onmeai.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
OnMe uses a credit-based system. Each virtual try-on generation consumes one credit. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Credits are purchased as one-time credit packs. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Credits remain valid as long as your account is active. Credits will expire if your account has no activity for 12 consecutive months.
Credit pack purchases are one-time charges processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected pack amount.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
OnMe and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The AI-generated try-on images produced through the Service are provided to you for personal use. We retain no claim over the generated images you create, but we do not represent that those images are free from third-party intellectual property claims (e.g., clothing brand trademarks).
OnMe integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Cloudflare, fal.ai, and Stripe. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for any outages or issues arising from those third-party platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that try-on results will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that results will meet your specific expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using OnMe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your remaining credits are forfeited and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of OnMe after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
