We genuinely care about your experience with OnMe, and we want to be as transparent as possible about how our service works — including when it comes to refunds.
Due to the nature of AI-generated try-ons, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you have a concern or ran into an issue, please reach out to us at support@onmeai.app — we're always happy to help.
Every try-on you generate on OnMe is powered by large language model (LLM) infrastructure — meaning real compute resources are consumed the moment a generation begins, regardless of whether you end up using the result. These costs are incurred instantly and upstream from us, which is why, we're simply not in a position to reverse them.
We know this isn't what everyone wants to hear, and we don't take it lightly. It's not a policy we chose out of convenience — it's a constraint of how AI inference works at a fundamental level. We appreciate your understanding.
Credits are purchased as one-time packs — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Each credit represents a unit of AI compute reserved for your try-ons. Once credits are consumed by a generation, they cannot be reversed, transferred, or refunded. Unused credits never expire and remain in your account until used or until your account is closed.
If you close your account, any remaining unused credits are forfeited and are not refundable. Please use your credits before closing your account.
While we're unable to refund charges related to credit usage, we will always make it right if something went wrong on our end — such as a duplicate charge or a technical error that prevented your generation from completing. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please email support@onmeai.app and we'll investigate promptly.
We know AI-powered tools are still new to a lot of people, and we're committed to being as fair and helpful as we can within the limits of our infrastructure. If something didn't work the way you expected, please reach out — we'd love to hear from you and do what we can.
