How do I install OnMe?
OnMe is available as a Chrome extension. Install it from the Chrome Web Store, then pin it to your toolbar for easy access. Press Cmd+Shift+Y (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+Y (Windows) to open the side panel at any time.
How do I try on a piece of clothing?
Browse to any online store or website that displays clothing images. Click on any clothing item to activate OnMe's selection overlay, then confirm your selection. The try-on result appears in the OnMe side panel within seconds.
What is a credit and how many do I get?
Each virtual try-on generation uses one credit. Credits refresh each billing cycle. OnMe offers three plans: Basic — $5/mo (25 credits), Pro — $10/mo (55 credits), and Ultimate — $20/mo (120 credits).
Where is my photo stored?
Your personal photo (the one you upload of yourself) is sent securely to our AI processing pipeline to generate your try-on preview and is not stored on our servers. AI-generated try-on images are stored in our secure cloud so you can access your library across sessions.
My try-on result doesn't look right. What can I do?
Results depend on the quality of the clothing image and your photo. For best results: use a clear, well-lit photo of yourself against a plain background, and select clothing images that show the full garment without heavy styling or extreme angles. If a result uses a credit but fails to generate, contact us and we'll restore the credit.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits are purchased as one-time packs and never expire. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges — your credits stay in your account until you use them.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of AI-powered try-ons, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Every generation consumes compute resources the moment it begins, which makes reversals impossible on our end. If you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge) or experienced a technical failure, please email support@onmeai.app and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Which browsers does OnMe support?
OnMe is currently available as a Chrome extension (Manifest V3) and works on any Chromium-based browser that supports Chrome extensions. Support for other browsers may be added in the future.
Does OnMe work on all shopping websites?
OnMe works on any website that displays clothing images — it is not limited to specific retailers or platforms. If you encounter a site where the selection overlay doesn't appear, please let us know at support@onmeai.app.
