The team at OnMe is committed to keeping your information private and handling it with care. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
When you create an OnMe account, we collect your email address and, if you use Google or Apple sign-in, a token from those providers to authenticate you.
Photos you upload are sent securely to our AI pipeline to generate your try-on preview and are not stored anywhere after the preview is complete.
AI-generated try-on images are saved to your personal library so you can access them across sessions. You can delete any result at any time.
We track credit usage and try-on history to operate the service. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
We do not use your photos or results to train AI models. We do not sell your data.
We only share data with the services needed to run OnMe:
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), JWT-based authentication, and restricted access to production systems to keep your data safe.
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a revised date. Continued use of OnMe after changes means you're okay with the update.
